At HFM we take great pride in our Quality Management Processes. We are externally audited by BSI and SAI to ISO 9001 and GMP (ISO 22716), ACO and OFC, standards and certified annually. We are SEDEX registered to Smeta international standards ensuring environmental and ethical human resource management. And to promote more efficient, environment-friendly manufacturing, we have integrated reduce, reuse, and recycle initiatives into the production process.
We also utilise a variety of quality control methods throughout the entire manufacturing process of our products, from sourcing ingredients to production and product dispatch. Product efficacy and quality testing is performed in-house and specialised testing is done in partnership with external certified laboratories, covering:
