Agata Mitchell

Cosmetic Chemist

After completing her Master’s Degree in Science and further studies in Cosmetic Science, Agata worked in London for nearly ten years as a Senior Cosmetic Chemist with a leading product development consultancy specialising in premium skincare products.

Agata brings a wealth of international experience to the business, and her ability to develop and formulate products with natural and organic ingredients combined with her understanding of the skin care product market, make her a great resource for our business and our clients.

Glenn Tallon

Procurement & Warehouse Manager

Glenn has more than 15 years’ management experience within cosmetic and contract manufacturing environments. His experience ensures that our raw material procurement is managed to the highest possible standard.

His excellent supplier relationships are reflected by a fluent and timely supply of raw materials for our clients’ products. Glenn’s tertiary qualifications in Business and Lean Manufacturing contribute to the efficient management of inventory, raw materials and packaging within our warehouse environment.

Tracey Simpson

Formulation Chemist

Having worked for more than 20 years in GMP production environments, Tracey has the accumulated experience to ensure that your manufacturing requirements run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

Tracey’s experience encompasses the complete manufacturing process from product planning and execution, working closely with quality control, product development and engineering to ensure that both client and business goals are met in a timely and effective manner.

Janine Heinemann

Quality Assurance Manager

With a strong working background in Government and Law, and over 12 years working with certification and quality assurance (in particular certified organics – National Standard, USDA, EU, JAS, Non-GMO, COSMOS and ISO), Janine brings extensive experience and knowledge to the business to ensure our quality standards meet and exceed customer expectations.

Janine is responsible for the quality assurance functions at HFM, its planning, coordination, control and continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to maintain our high standards of quality and adherence to regulations and compliance.

Greta Curro

Formulation Chemist

Greta brings a fresh and innovative approach to the formulation of cosmeceutical, skincare and haircare products.
After gaining her Diploma of Personal Care Science three years ago, Greta has become an integral member of our fabulous formulation team.

Her natural ability has quickly fast-tracked her formulation skills and Greta’s attention to the finer details of chemistry in new product development have pleased many of our clients across all categories of personal care products.

Terry Wilcock

Machine Maintenance Engineer

Our busy and efficient manufacturing site requires an expert to keep the operation humming, and Terry brings to HFM the skills and experience to do just that. Troubleshooting, assessing the problem, fault finding and repair are all efficiently addressed with Terry’s bank of knowledge and experience.

Qualified in Lean Competitive Manufacturing, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and Applied Science coupled with over 25 years manufacturing experience Terry provides our manufacturing plant with a level of confidence to continue our objectives of efficiency and continuous improvement.

Tamara Milligan

Client Services Manager

Tamara’s (Tam) excellent organisational and communication skills provide her with the tools to be a great link between our clients and our team.
Her account management and sales experience garnered from working for more than 20 years in a diverse range of businesses ensures that no challenge is beyond her.

Tam always works with our clients’ best interests at the forefront and follows their manufacturing orders from placement of the order through to fulfillment.

Keith Stewart

Operations Manager

Keith has more than 30 years’ GMP production experience in the cosmetic/personal care, human health products, consumer products, nutraceutical, and pharmaceuticals. Keith has a vast knowledge of the contract manufacturing industry and all facets of production facilities including manufacturing, packing, engineering, and supply chain.

He holds postgraduate qualifications in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) from the University of NSW and has extensive knowledge and experience with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), MEDSAFE, MHRA and exposure to FDA. Keith is leading our team into the future by improving systems, processes, communication, and training.
