HFM’s founder Derelle Mitchell is a natural when it comes to formulating for success. Leading by example, Derelle is responsible for fostering HFM’s positive work culture. Her passion, hands-on approach and care for staff has grown HFM into the global manufacturing power it is today.

Derelle enjoys keeping fit and healthy and taking long walks along the beach with her family and their two beautiful Labradors, Ralph and Louie.

Riley brings over a decade of experience in the personal care industry, with a strong background in contract manufacturing, product development, and brand marketing. At HFM, Riley is dedicated to building strategic partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering customised solutions that align with both client objectives and industry best practices.

Riley enjoys spending his time surfing and volunteering in the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service.

Bryce has extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing for the biotechnology industry, with a strong background in production for CDMO. He has developed expertise in regulated manufacturing within Australia, adhering to cGMP, TGA guidelines, and ODC requirements. Bryce is passionate about maintaining the high standards at HFM in all areas of manufacturing.

In his personal time, Bryce loves surfing on the weekends and cooking with his partner, where he is proudly dubbed the dedicated 'sous chef'.

Monica has over a decade of experience in successfully previously managing the end-to-end supply chain operations within TGA environments. Building and fostering relationships is one of Monica’s passions, which ensures timely arrival of raw materials and risk mitigation to meet customer expectations.Monica’s experience ensures the supply chain at HFM is managed to the highest possible standard. Monica also brings extensive experience in project management, stakeholder management as well as managing company mergers and acquisitions.

In her spare time Monica enjoys spending time with her family and pets, gardening and studying towards an MBA.

Tamara is the vital link between our clients and our team. With over 20 years’ working within account management and sales across a diverse range of businesses, she’s an effortless communicator and no challenge is beyond her.

Tam’s favourite activity is running along the foreshore at Wynnum Manly and going down to the beaches at the southern end of the Gold Coast any chance she can get.

Todd comes with 6 years of planning, procurement & supply chain experience in the FMCG manufacturing space , and a further 13 years in logistics & international freight.Todd has a passion for ERP/MRP systems & using them to streamline operations, reduce costs & improve efficiency.  

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his dogs, building Lego and participating in grassroots motorsports.

Providing an invaluable Engineering and Maintenance role for our busy manufacturing facility.  Jason comes with 15 years’ experience working in Pharma/Nutraceutical and GMP facilities. Jason is on call 24/7 to attend to any breakdown or maintenance issue to ensure the facility is humming efficiently.

When not fixing machines outside of work Jason enjoys family time along with playing some great tunes on the drums, guitar and also learning the Japanese language.
