Every journey starts with a first step and at Health Focus Manufacturers, that frist step involves completing our inquiry form. Once you make an enquiry about our contract manufacturing services, a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a meeting so we can get to know your business, product aspirations and manufacturing needs.
Prior to our first meeting, we will provide you with our New Product Development Form to complete, which allows us to further understand your product needs. Our in-house Formulation Chemists will review your brief to determine whether we can manufacture your product and provide you with estimate pricing.
After your brief and pricing estimate are approved, you're ready to begin product development. The development phase includes Formulation, Product PET and Stability Testing, order, procurement of raw materials and product scheduling.
Yes, you're welcome to come in for a meeting but we're unable to show you throughout the manufacturing facility due to intellectual property.
First time orders: 8-16 weeks from formulation sample approval (This may vary due to packaging, obtaining certifications, raw material supply and stability trials).
For existing orders already in our production schedule: 6-8 weeks
